How soon will you be able to lower the temperature in the hold?

I was not aware anyone was denied medical attention. [ Which is obvious considering how annoyed she sounds. ] Due to its proximity to the engines, temperatures cannot be adjusted as easily as you request. If it is an issue, and it appears to be, we will consider a temporary move of those within confinement until the situation is resolved.

Thank you. [Tension gives way to relief, but not entirely.] Though if you can’t change the temperature in the hold, I don’t see why it should be used at all. It isn’t humane to subject prisoners to those conditions. Program, human, or otherwise.
